Frequently asked questions
How do I play?
Move across the archive's systems to leave a trail of evidence, then edit your own timeline — delete, freeze, or corrupt past events — to break causality and reach the exit before the alarm fires. Every level includes an in-app How to Play guide, and the game teaches each new mechanic with a coach card the first time you meet it.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app and go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete All Data. This permanently erases your progress, medals, Daily Paradox streak, and custom levels from your device. Deleting the app also removes its local data.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings → Store in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy them.
My progress didn't sync between devices.
Progress syncs through your private iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID, connected to the internet, and have iCloud enabled for Memory Heist in Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Sync can take a moment after a level is completed.
The leaderboard shows a sign-in prompt.
Leaderboards use Game Center. Sign in via Settings → Game Center on your device, then open the Leaderboard in the app and tap sign in. Game Center is optional — the game plays fully without it.
Is the game available offline?
Yes. Memory Heist is fully playable offline. An internet connection is only needed for optional features like Game Center leaderboards and iCloud sync.
